Ukraine consults on amendments to detergents regulation

Ukraine has published proposed amendments to its 2008 national regulation on detergents, including a postponement of the date of mandatory application until 1 January 2013.
Also proposed is a change in responsible authority due to administration reform. The regulation will now fall under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.
Comments on the proposals are invited by 22 March 2012.
