US EPA publishes list of new substances covered by TSCA section 5

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published 22 premanufacture notices (PMN), and 14 notice of commencement (NOC) to manufacture new chemicals received during the period 16 January to 31 January 2012.
The comment period for these notices closes on 23 March 2012.
