European producers form DINP REACH Consortium

Leading European manufacturers of di-isononyl phthalate (DINP) have formed a DINP REACH Consortium to work collaboratively on REACH for the phthalate and the subsatnce 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, di-C8-10-branched alkyl esters, C9-rich.
