CS Regulatory is a specialist consulting company with extensive experience built up over some 30 years of the preparation of documentation necessary to achieve successful compliance in Europe. Working as Only Representative or alongside the EU registrant, CS Regulatory can prepare the full REACH dossier in IUCLID 5 format or a joint submission dossier. In addition, CS Regulatory has extensive experience of risk assessment and risk management measures and is well placed to develop the Chemical Safety Assessment(s) and Report, including recommendations for safe use and handling and exposure scenarios where appropriate and the MSDS for hazardous substances.
Only representative
CS Regulatory Ltd offers a representative service as Only or Third Party Representative. As a wholly independent company, CS Regulatory offers clients absolute confidentiality. Staff at CS Regulatory are experienced with representation under other EU regulatory systems such as the NONS SRN to allow for efficient, competent representation. Appointing CS Regulatory allows access to our full regulatory service including acting as registrant, working within a SIEF to achieve the most beneficial outcome for our client, project management of any testing, preparation of the registration dossier and preparation of appropriate hazard communication documents such as the Chemical Safety Report and MSDS.
