CEFIC publishes legal guidance on REACH and WTO rules

Trade association issues guidance designed to ensure that representatives of non-EU manufacturers and SMEs are given the greatest opportunity possible to work within substance information exchange fora (SIEFs) and so "avoid legal challenges of REACH in the WTO which may lead to lower obligations for exporters in third countries".
