OECD publishes draft guideline on extended one generation reproductive toxicity test

The OECD has published a draft guideline refining the extended one-generation reproductivity test in order to promote the goals of reducing animal testing while maintaining scientific integrity. The new draft guideline stresses the need to start with existing information followed by refinement with in-life data where necessary.
