Consortia Management GmbH was set up by Chemservice (a well-known Regulatory Affairs service provider) and Projacon (a financial and tax consultancy) in order to combine REACH Expertise and Consortia Management skills together with financial management competence and accounting capacity, coupled with organizational skills. Consortia Managment GmbH is providing independent secretariat, trustee and accounting services to REACH Consortia in order to enable the chemical industry and its value chain to fulfill their registration obligations according to the REACH Regulation in an efficient and professional way.

Chemservice is operating out of an office in Luxembourg (Grevenmacher) and an office in Germany (Worms) and as of 1st January 2010 additionally out of an office in Korea.
