CEFIC publishes model SIEF cooperation contract

The European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) has published a model cooperation agreement designed to help leaders of 'substance information exchange fora' (SIEFs) that have no existing consortia to get on with their role quickly by helping them to legally structure their cooperation. The alternative template to a consortium agreement was promised by CEFIC earlier this year when it published its SIEF model agreement (CW 5 June 2009)....
