ChemSec promotes REACH use outside Europe

NGO the International Chemicals Secretariat (ChemSec) is promoting the use of the new rights to information about hazardous substances offered by theREACH Regulation by publishing a leaflet aimed at Spanish-speaking NGOs outside Europe.
