ECHA progresses draft guidance on exposure assessment scope, waste and recovered materials

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has advanced several pieces of draft guidance relating to REACH.
- A draft of a new chapter on the scope of exposure assessment, which will be included in the hazard assessment section of the Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, has been forwarded to the Partner Expert Group (PEG) for review
- Draft Guidance on waste and recovered substances has been passed on to the Member State Committee and the Enforcement Forum
In addition ECHA has posted the PEG’s comments on the draft waste guidance on its website
