REACH Committee clears draft CLP fee Regulation

The REACH Committee has agreed to the draft Commission Regulation on fees payable to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) relating to implementation of the Regulation on classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) of substances and mixtures.
