ECHA publishes directions for lodging appeals

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has published directions for companies and other groups that are planning to lodge an appeal against the agency’s decisions.
The directions, which include specific rules, templates and a check list, aim to make the appeal procedure more efficient for appellants.
