ECHA asks SME registrants to verify their size
30-Jul-2010
In a draft management decision, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has set out how it proposes to charge companies that incorrectly registered as SMEs. ECHA says it may ask companies to prove their SME status and charge full REACH fees if they fail to respond. It is asking companies and Only Representatives to re-examine the company size they declared in REACH-IT when submitting their dossiers.
