No-longer polymers REACH amendments translated

Agreed amendments to the REACH regulation to give clear phase-in registration status to substances classified as 'no-longer polymers' under the EU's 1967 dangerous substance directive, have now been officially translated. Chemical Watch published an explanation of the changes last month.
