Updated REACH guidance covering OR duties published

A new guidance document covering all aspects of registering substances under REACH, including a new section on the duties of 'only representatives' (ORs), has been published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). But while the document notes that the position is under review, it does not yet fully reflect the public comments made by Otto Linher of the European Commission on the new obligation for ORs to register substances separately for each manufacture they represent.
