The European Phenolic Resins Association (EPRA) is planning to establish a REACH consortium to register phenolic resins and is holding a ‘no obligations’ meeting on 16 May to discuss plans.The scope of the proposed consortium will be limited initially to unmodified resins made directly from phenol and formaldehyde.
