Fluorocarbons REACH consortium in preparation

The European Fluorocarbons Technical Committee (EFCTC) is in the process of establishing a REACH consortium to cover the registration of substances produced by its members (see list). Five companies belong to the committee: INEOS Fluor, Arkema, DuPont, Solvay Fluor and Honeywell Fluorine Products.The companies are currently finalising a preliminary agreement, a full agreement and cost-sharing proposal will then be discussed.
