Legal services

Legal advice on all aspects of REACH including interpretation of REACH requirements and assessing implications for businesses, preparing/reviewing consortia agreements (including advice on issues such as data sharing, confidentiality and competition law compliance), reviewing supplier/customer/tolling contracts and providing REACH specific clauses, corporate re-structuring and advice on the use of only representatives and third party representatives. We can also assist with registration and late pre-registration queries, downstream user/information in the supply chain requirements (including substances of very high concern) and advise in relation to access to information, legal challenges and multi-jurisdictional enforcement.
