| Details | This workshop is an excellent place to start for anyone who needs to understand more about their compliance obligations under these regulations. The REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of CHemicals) Regulation is fundamentally changing the shape of every supply chain within the EU. REACH affects all chemical substances that you manufacture, import or use to make your products and to run your processes. If you need to know more about REACH then the chances are that you will also be affected by the new EU Regulation on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP). So in the afternoon we will provide attendees with an overview of what this could mean for your business. And as if that’s not enough, EU Safety Data Sheets are changing too. We will close the day with an outline of the changes to this aspect of communicating hazard and risk management information within the supply chain. |
