VCI publishes model REACH 'Only Representative' contract

The German Chemical Industry Association (VCI) has made publicly available a model contract for 'only representatives' (ORs) which non-EU firms are obliged to appoint in order to register substances on their behalf under REACH. The contract is drawn up by the law firm Redeker, Sellner, Dahs & Widmaier.
