| Details | Electronics recycling laws continue to proliferate as now half of the U.S. states have some type of electronics recycling law, covering two-thirds of the U.S. population. All but one of these laws place responsibility on the manufacturer to finance and implement recycling programs for covered electronics. Manufacturers in turn work with or contract out responsibility to electronics recyclers or other third parties to fulfill many of their obligations. Participants will hear from two experts who will provide strategies and tips for tackling the myriad challenges that face manufacturers and recyclers in developing compliance strategies for the differing US state recycling laws. |
