Q. Can I request an invoice rather than paying by credit card?

Q. May I place a credit card order by phone/fax rather than website?

A. Yes, please telephone +44 (0)1743 818101 or email cw.sales@chemicalwatch.com with your credit card or charge card details together with your delivery address.

Q. When will my report be delivered?

A. PDF format reports are available for immediate delivery. Within 24 hours, we will send you an email explaining how to download the document onto your computer. Printed (hard copy) documents will be dispatched within one week.

Q. Will I receive a receipt for online purchases?

A. Our online transactions, in GB pounds sterling only, are processed via WorldPay's secure payment processing system which will transmit a receipt to your email address as soon as your payment has been processed.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. We will not disclose customer details to any third parties. We will only send you news alerts if you have opted in to receive them, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time by following instructions contained in each email. We may occasionally contact you for customer research purposes, and to inform you about Chemical Watch services.

Q. What is your money-back guarantee?

A. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you return the item in its original condition within two weeks of the date of purchase, we will provide a full refund, less £10 for shipping and administration. In the case of electronic publications, if you are not completely satisfied with any downloaded items and you contact us within one week of the date of purchase to cancel the item we will provide a refund less a £5 administration fee.

Q. What copyright restrictions apply to Chemical Watch publications?

A. We will rigorously defend our copyright since otherwise our income will be in jeopardy. If you would like to produce copies of any of our content, or redistribute our material electronically, please contact us first to seek our consent. Redistribution of PDF reports purchased from the Chemical Watch website is not permitted without having purchased distribution rights.

Q. Do copyright restrictions also apply to Chemical Watch email alerts?

A. Email alerts are available free of charge to anyone who signs up on our website. We also consent recipients to forward these emails to up to 5 colleagues. However, wider circulation, or copying of content for publication elsewhere is not permitted without explicit consent.  

Q. What do you charge for shipping?

A. The price of print publications includes worldwide shipping costs
