2. User licensing

Chemical Watch subscriptions and reports are sold on a “per user” basis. It is a breach of copyright to share access codes or circulate content to colleagues who are not registered with Chemical Watch as members of your subscriber team.

3. Free circulation of email alerts

Chemical Watch hereby gives consent for readers to forward Chemical Watch email alerts to up to 10 colleagues providing that hyperlinks pointing users back to our website remain in place, and it is made clear that the content is provided by Chemical Watch.

4. RSS news feed

Chemical Watch hereby gives consent for readers to install our RSS news feed (http://chemicalwatch.com/feeds/news.xml) on their websites, provided that hyperlinks pointing users back to our website remain in place, and it is made clear that the content is provided by Chemical Watch.

5. Money back guarantee – subscriptions

Within the first 6 weeks of an annual subscription period, we will refund your subscription in full if you contact us to say you are not satisfied with it. Thereafter, we will refund the remaining full months of the term of your subscription upon request. NB The maximum we will refund shall be the amount in GB pounds originally credited to our bank account after deduction of any banking charges.

6 Money back guarantee – reports

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you return the item in its original condition within two weeks of the date of purchase, we will provide a full refund, less £10 for shipping and administration. In the case of electronic publications, if you are not completely satisfied with any downloaded items and you contact us within one week of the date of purchase to cancel the item we will provide a refund less a £5 administration fee. NB The maximum we will refund shall be the amount in GB pounds originally credited to our bank account after deduction of any banking charges.

7. Privacy policy

We will not disclose customer details to any third parties. We will only send you news alerts if you have opted in to receive them, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time by following instructions contained in each email. We may occasionally contact you for customer research purposes, and to inform you about Chemical Watch services.
