The final broadcast from our series on REACH for Downstream Users. In this webinar, we look at how decisions made in REACH Substance Information Exchange Fora (SIEFs) and Consortia, mainly by manufacturers and importers, will have significant impact on Downstream Users. How can Downstream Users participate efficiently and effectively?
