This is the second of our webinars on planning for REACH 2013.

  • Dr Fridtjof Schucht is Head of REACH and GHS, at Linde AG. He will signpost the best way forward on working within SIEFs, setting out 5 Golden Rules. He will describe how companies can work together to complete registration on time for 2013, and what will be different in relation to 2010.
  • Dr Wolfgang Leonhardt is Director Regulatory Affairs and Technical Service (Consumer Specialties - Household Care) at Evonik Industries AG. He will condense his personal experience of the first round of REACH registration, with take-home messages on costs and what you should expect for your money, how to avoid mistakes in the second round and how to use the available tools.
  • Ruxandra Cana and Michel Michaux of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP will address the administrative, legal, financial and technical aspects of consortia and SIEF management, including the advantages and disadvantages of different cost-sharing models, good and bad experience with workload for tier 1, experience with testing proposals for tier 1 and the main challenges for 2013.
