You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring legal compliance of company products in the country assigned
  • Ensuring compliance of more regionally applicable regulations or other requirements adjacent to the strictly legally required regulations.
  • Partnering with R&D and marketing to give input into successful innovation designs and product implementations.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and guidances, monitors new regulatory developments, identifies potential impact on the product portfolio.
  • Establishing and developing contacts with relevant authorities and opinion leaders and consultants in the relevant countries
  • Supporting marketing in communicating the regulatory strategy of the company.

Your profile:

  • Higher degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate regulatory environment.
  • Working knowledge of product registration and compliance requirements for antimicrobial pesticide, biocides, medical devices, OTC drugs, food safety or cosmetic regulations.
  • Ability to travel to facilitate contact with authorities government agencies and industry groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
