For our international client, one of the best known manufacturers of performance materials worldwide, we are currently looking for a motivated Senior European Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their German division.

The role will give you an opportunity to run a global registration team and to make your name internationally. With its global network and great reputation within the field our client will help you in developing your career and taking the next step towards success.

You will be responsible for the European team of registration, human health risk assessment and environmental risk assessment specialists. You will work on multiple fields on a daily basis which will allow you to enlarge your knowledge within all regulatory aspects.

This role is a perfect mix of regulatory (scientific) tasks as well as commercial ones.

Your Role :

  • Management of the regulatory affairs team in assuring compliance with European regulations.
  • Submission of all types of applications to Member States and Regulatory Authorities.
  • Overall assessment and dossier preparation for national and international notifications and registration processes for biocides.
  • Proposing regulatory submission strategies.
  • Determination and evaluation of toxicological data including hazard-related and risk-related assessment of biocides.
  • Close cooperation with other departments within the business.
  • Representing the company in all regulatory questions on an international level

Skills needed:

  • Experience in compliance with European Biocides Product Regulation, European State Regulations and European Safety Data Sheet regulations
  • Good knowledge of international regulations
  • PhD in toxicology
  • Experience in team leading function is an advantage
  • Knowledge in all types of applications to Member States and Regulatory Authorities
  • Ability to work independently
