In our unit Global Business Management Custom Catalysts we support delivering innovative solutions that can drive new levels of performance and value through close collaboration with individual customers. Through dedicated collaboration with technology providers we secure a long-term innovation pipeline.
You will develop strategies for existing as well as new custom catalyst segments and assess the likelihood of success of new custom catalyst opportunities.
You will quantify the catalyst market size for new products and scout for custom catalyst opportunities in new markets as well as in existing, but unserved markets.
With engineering companies and technology providers you will initiate as well as lead long-term R&D projects according to the phase gate process.
In alignment with business management and sales you will drive accelerated commercialization of technologies and new business opportunities within the custom catalysts business.
You will support new product as well as process launches and build a strong relationship to engineering companies and technology providers.
What we expect
After successfully completing your master studies in chemical engineering or your PhD in science, you gained several years of experience within the chemical catalysts market.
Within the chemical catalysts market you have deep knowledge particularly with engineering companies and technology providers as well as project management.
You are good at identifying the requirements of customers and partners and advising them in English.
You have strong analytical skills and you like working in a team.
