Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is a global Sustainability consulting firm and we are seeking experienced scientific professionals with Environmental Fate & Exposure Assessment expertise and people leadership to join our well-respected team in UK (location options: Harrogate, Manchester, London or Oxford).

This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong track record of advising clients in the chemical sector, with a focus on agrochemicals, biocides and REACH, to help them to navigate the complexities of the EU regulatory environment.

We have a very strong scientific team consisted of experts in the field of exposure and risk assessment across all disciplines.  The team have significantly contributed to ERM’s product services and regulatory affairs (PSRA) team’s growth through excellent client advisory and project delivery activities. Our colleagues in the technical teams work closely with the regulatory experts and together we have built strong client relationships.  We are expert in developing technical strategies to support clients with a particular focus on dossier development, submission and defence for active substances and products.

Environmental Fate & Exposure Assessment Lead

This role requires high quality consultancy services in environmental fate and environmental exposure assessments to clients and to other ERM colleagues to meet regulatory and business needs. This will primarily be for Agrochemical and Biocide related projects but may also include general chemicals.

The ideal candidate will be educated to as least degree level within Chemistry or a related discipline. You will also have experience in EU data requirements for environmental fate studies as well as the preparation of dossiers and have knowledge of the design and/or conduct of environmental fate studies.
